Lucas Creek Rooftop Tent Annex Room

Why didn’t we get this earlier? Great product, heaps of extra room, prefect on wet days …list goes on. Delivery within 3 days from Auckland to South Canterbury..We both highly recommend this.

First impression upon receiving and understanding boxing my new annex. I was really impressed with the quality and ease of installation. Literally 10 mins and you have a large waterproof room.
I was concerned that it wasn't going to be very functional and more hassle than it was worth . I am very pleased to say I was wrong .
Word of advice when packing and storing ,use the insert provided to line the carry bag with so that you don't damage your awesome annex for example by dragging across any sharp of abrasive surfaces . Would have been nice if the base of the bag was made of that material but having the insert is relatively easy to make do with I wrap it on one end of the folded annex and slip bag over so as to make sure it stays in place..

So for the last two years we've been roof tenting in a second hand tent we got when brought a vehicle that it was on.
It was great it was all we knew and we thought life was great.
Then we started looking around at other tents looking at things that ours didn't have.
Because we already had a tent we weren't in any rush which was really cool it gave us the time to really research NZs best roof top tent (my opinion )
While on holiday down National park on new years eve we came across a couple who had a lucas creek tent they couldn't stop talking about it I was impressed with there passion and the quality and the story behind there tent so I made contact with Andy well most people would have got sick of the dozens of questions and multiple ph calls nothing ever seemed a problem Quality service so after checking out the opposition we where drawn back to Lc and the quality of there Product the quality of there customer service and the quality of there communication its my opinion that these guys use there product like we intend to do the develop it by trial and sometimes error and constantly looking to better to make the ultimate product you'll get a no bull straight up quality tent quality experience one where you'll feel like one of the lucas creek family

I just wanted to give some feedback on the tent and annex I bought earlier this year.
It has been so awesome, we've had it all over the north island in all sorts of conditions and we are even choosing to sleep in it tonight on Christmas eve!
It truly is a cut above the competition, I love the covered entrance and the big side windows. The led strip light is great too, i really appreciate you throwing that in for us, we've used it for much more than just in the tent!
I hope you've had a good year despite everything 2020 has thrown at us.
We look forward to tenting over the holiday season and making many more happy memories.
